Join our five-week beginner cooking group to learn about cooking Asian cuisine!
The course includes an orientation session and then four weekly cooking classes.
Orientation: Wednesday, April 24 from 10am-11.30am.
Cooking classes: Each Wednesday from May 1 – 22 from 10am-12.30pm.
Highlights include:
- Selected Asian recipes for beginners
- Chopping and stir frying techniques
- Planning, cooking and cleaning tips
- Safety tips for using knives and appliances.
- Cook meals and share with the group
- A Vision Australia occupational therapist facilitating all sessions.
Cost:
This program can be funded through NDIS, Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Programme. Contact us to discuss other funding options.
