This year, with a few exceptions, Vision Australia centres will be closed from 5pm Thursday December 24, 2020 and will reopen on Monday January 11, 2021.

Vision Store
Limited Vision Store staff will be available to answer calls, emails and web chat from Monday January 4, 2021.
Online orders will continue to be fulfilled from our warehouse during the Vision Australia shutdown period.
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) queue will be available via phone on 1300 36 54 92 on the 29, 30 and 31 December 29, 30 and 31 from for DVA clients between the hours of 9am – 6pm AEDT.
Vision Australia Library
The Vision Australia Library will be closed from 4pm, Thursday 24 December 24 to 9am, Monday January 2021. During this time you will still be able to access digital library content through the App, website or your device.

Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs
Seeing Eye Dogs will be closed from Thursday, December 24 2020 to Monday, January 4 2021. You can contact Seeing Eye Dogs via phone on 1800 03 77 73 from Monday, January 4.
